What would be the outcome of a blue laced red wyandotte rooster over a barred rock hen???
One of my girls went broody and i poked a few eggs under her and wondered if anyone else had done the same cross??

http://kippenjungle.nl/kruising.html use this to calculate your mix looks like the boys could come out black or blue barred and the girls black or blue solid

Fairly easy, just click on "show example" pick your roo, same with the hen.. once you pick both, hit calculate crossing. This will show you the possible outcome

What she said--you'll get sex link chicks. Barred males with a white spot on the head at hatch, solid females with a solid head at hatch. Birds will be blue or black, with red leakage. Most should have rose combs and yellow legs.
